Kent CC were facing Low awareness among non-attendees for their previous MedwayGo campaigns. There was confusion across all local groups with many unsure who qualifies or what’s included (e.g., meals, transport).
There was also a lack of awareness and unclear eligibility block engagement & Stigma around free school meals.
One common issue was that campaigns had been too wordy and lacked spark with stock imagery and graphics.
We stepped in to help create a dynamic brand that spanned all age groups, lived experiences and ensured various local communities were represented and felt encouraged.
